In 2006 enrolled the NY Natural Gourmet Institute and, after an internship period to study raw food cuisine, she returned in Japan where she got a master in raw food and obtained the certified instructor qualification.
Since 2013 she is a Kids Food Education Instructor (recently, in charge of Cake Class).
Since 2018 she has been doing Japanese cuisine online lesson to foreign people (over 500 students in barely 2 years, one-on-one format).
