She is the Main Cake Designer at Magic Cake Deco. (opened in Shinjuku in 2008), the first specialist shop in Japan that made authentic American cake decoration.
In July 2013 the Japan Cake Decoration

Association was founded with the purpose to create a deep interaction with the global business. It was recognized as the direct Japanese representative by the highest authority of the cake decoration, the ICES (International Cake Exploration Societé, USA).
Recently, Nishimura is experimenting new recipes combining the Japanese traditional ingredients with Western tastes to create an original series of Japanese Confectionery.
