How to join in the online experience

· WActivity JAPAN uses Zoom online platform for video conferencing.
· Download free Zoom software (https://zoom.us) to your own computer, tablet or mobile device.
· After the reservation is completed, we will send you the URL, meeting ID and passcode via email.
· Customers who have set up to receive emails will be contacted at the entered email address.
· Log in to Zoom 5 minutes before the start time and check the video/audio settings.
· To prevent howling, we recommend using headphones/earphones.
· If you are late your participation may be denied.

System requirements and internet connection

To participate you need an internet connection and enable audio/video streaming functions.
Before you attend the online experience, please make sure your device is settled with Zoom system requirements and test your internet connection.

Caution during the online experience via Zoom

・ It is forbidden to make audio/video recordings.
・ Waiting Room function is turned on by default, the host will allowed the participants individually to enter the Meeting Room.
・ Please do not share protected Zoom Meeting URL, meeting ID and passcode with no one else.
・ Update the latest version of Zoom.
・ Both the host and the other participants can see the transmission, please be careful of your surrounding when the camera is enable.
・ Please turn your microphone off until we are not ready to allow you.
・ If you use the Group Messaging feature, keep in mind that all participants can see the messages and be careful about what you say.
・ If you want to take a photo or a screenshot, please ask the permission to the host and the other participants before.
・ If the host determines that a participant is hindering during the online experience, we may order to leave.

Zoom problems

・First of all, check that the URL we sent you is correct. If the URL does not work, please close Zoom and try again.
In the case that this operation does not work, contact the host and explain your problem.
・If a password is required, contact the host to verify that.
In the case that there are not issues by the host side, please contact the Zoom Help Center.
