Order instruction

1. Purchase of products and services
▶️ Services
① Specify plan, number of participants, date and time and click the ”Next” button. 
② After selecting the above-mentioned information, click the ”Make a Request” button.

▶️ Products
① Specify the product and click the ”Add to cart” button. 
② The cart page will be displayed automatically.

▶️ Studio rental
① Specify the course and click the button below.
② Specify plan, date and time and click the ”Add to cart” button. 
③ To add an option, return to the previous page and add the desired option to the cart.

▶️ Clothing rental
Specify the item, the date and click the ”Add to cart” button.

2. Your cart
Click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

3. Login and new member registration
Existing members login with own email address and password.
If you do not have an account yet, select “Create account” and enter the required information to complete the registration.
*Registration is free.
In case would you like to purchase without do the registration, enter the customer information and click the “Continue to payment” button.

4. Continue with the order
Choose the credit card payment method.
If you have any questions, please fill in the inquiry form.

5. Check your order
Check your cart and if there is no mistakes, select “Order confirmed” to complete the order.

6. Complete your order
An automatic reply email will be sent to the entered email address, please check it.
If you do not receive the email within a few hours, please contact us.
*For the experience services, the reservation will not be confirmed at this step.

7. Order availability (only for experience services)
After confirming availability, we will send you a reservation confirmation email.
If the requested date and time cannot be available, we will offer you an alternative plan.

Charge

If the purchased service is intangible like an Online experience, there will be no shipping charge.
Shipping cost will be charged for tangible products.

Payment

The accepted payment methods are as follow.
Credit card: VISA, MASTER CARD, AmericanExpress, JCB.
Payment services: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Receipt

If you would like a receipt, fill in the "Contact us" form entering the following information.
・ Name
・ Email
・ Phone number
・ Order number
・ Address
・ Proviso
We will give you the receipt when you come to the store.
If you prefer to receive it by mail, please let us know the postal code, address, and addressee.
