Order instruction

1.Purchase of products and services
For the online and offline services indicate number of participants, your location and time zone; for the products specify quantity and variation.
Online experiences: for 1 reservation can participate a total of 2 adult and an unlimited number of children under 16 years old with the same device. For example, if 4 adults want to participate, you have to book for 2 participants and login with 2 devices.
On studio experiences: Apply for the number of participants who will come at the studio. Children under 16 years old are subject to child fee.
Select the “Add to cart” button.
A pop-up window will be displayed, click “View cart”.

2.Your list
Click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

3.Login and new member registration
Existing members login with own email address and password.
If you do not have an account yet, select “Create account” and enter the required information to complete the registration.
*Registration is free.
In case would you like to purchase without do the registration, enter the customer information and click the “Continue to payment” button.

4.Continue with the order
Choose the credit card payment method.
If you have any questions, please fill in the inquiry form.

5.Check your order
Check your cart and if there is no mistakes, select “Order confirmed” to complete the order.

6.Complete your order
You will receive the message “Thank you for your order” on your email address, please check it.
If you do not receive the email within a few hours, please contact us.

Charge

If the purchased service is intangible like an Online experience, there will be no shipping charge.
Shipping cost will be charged for tangible products.

Payment

Credit card is the only accepted payment.
You can use VISA, MASTERCARD or AmericanExpress.

Returns, exchange, cancellation

Returns, exchange or cancellation policy after the order is completed, will applied in the following cases.
Within 6 days: 50%
Previous day: 100%
Unauthorized cancellation: 0%

Suspension, cancellation or change of the online experience

・ The host shall be able to suspend, cancel or change the Online experience without any prior notice to the participants whenever it is unavoidable in operation.
・ After the cancellation or suspension, we will refund the participation fee within one month. However, the host’s responsibility is limited to the refund of the participation fee already paid and does not assume any other responsibility.
