A unique drawing illustrated by Creative Japanese Calligraphy Artist Kōji Takano.
This artwork was drawn in WActivity JAPAN live session on YouTube.

The author created this artwork during spring season and depicts the allegoric figure 「梅に鶯」“Ume ni Uguisu”, “Japanese Bush Warbler on a Plum Tree”.
The Japanese brush warbler is also called 「春告鳥」“harutsugedori”, “spring-announcing bird”, and the plum tree 「春告木」“harutsugegusa”, “spring-announcing tree”. Indeed, they are some of the earliest signals of the beginning of spring.
The term “Ume ni Uguisu” was coined by the “Man'yōshū”, Japan’s oldest “waka” poems anthology compiled during the Nara period (AD 710 - 794).
Today, it is used to express two things that go perfect together.
The author add the word 「以心伝心」“ishindenshin”, literally “telepathy”, to emphasize this indissolubility and this natural mutual understanding.
